This Thanksgiving, we're reimagining the holiday feast with a special four-course Chef's Experience inspired by the warmth and vibrant flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean.

The Experience

Our celebration begins with seasonal Butternut Squash Hommus—a silky, autumn-kissed twist on a Mediterranean classic. The star of the evening is Turkey Kleftico, where Thanksgiving tradition meets Lebanese heritage. We prepare tender turkey thighs using a seven-spice confit method, pairing them with chestnuts, tart barberries, delicate phyllo, and our signature smoked mushroom labneh.

The feast concludes with our 7 Spice Pumpkin Tart, where familiar pumpkin pie transforms through aromatic Eastern Mediterranean spices. Additional carefully curated dishes complete this memorable four-course journey.
